Malta International Airport is 8 Km away and about 10 minutes drive in a taxi, however, we can offer a pick up and drop off service at an extra charge of 20 Euros each way.

Terms and Conditions:
Holiday lettings commence at 2.00pm on the day of arrival, and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure. Any arrivals or departures outside these times can be arranged at an extra charge.
We do not accept bookings from hen or stag parties, and please note that only persons booked to stay at any 'Unique Lettings' apartments are allowed on the premises overnight.
Booking:
Please note that the contact form is used for enquires only, therefore once availability has been confirmed and you are happy to proceed, we will send you an invoice through Paypal, which you can pay via Paypal, Bank transfer or UK Sterling cheque.
Only when the funds have cleared will we confirm your booking.
If there is more than one interested party requiring the same dates, priority will be given to those who pay their deposit first.
Payment:
Reservation deposit - 50% of full cost.
Breakages deposit - 100 Euros (to be returned upon end of stay)
Cleaning and laundry - 20 Euros
Full amount must be paid no less than 6 weeks before arrival date.
If booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, then payment, cleaning and laundry, and breakages deposit is required in full.
Payment Policy:
A comprehensive contract detailing full terms and conditions will be provided once booking is confirmed.
